Outstanding reminders on WhatsApp, from your own books

OpenBahi reads your Tally or SoftTrade books and follows up overdue parties on WhatsApp for you, with the party's current statement attached. You choose who gets a reminder and how often.

Payment reminders

  1. Open a customer on the dashboard and tap the bell.
  2. Confirm the party's WhatsApp number, or send the statement to yourself to forward.
  3. Choose the schedule: once overdue, every 7 days, every 15 days or monthly.

Each reminder carries a PDF statement of that party's open bills and due dates. Reminders skip Sundays, pause after a payment and stop when nothing is overdue.

Invoices on WhatsApp

After each successful sync, every new invoice PDF can go to the customer's confirmed WhatsApp number, with the e-invoice IRN and signed QR when available. If no number is confirmed, the invoice comes to you to forward.

Dalal reminders

Send a dalal one message with a party-wise PDF of what his parties owe. It goes only to a confirmed number.

Know whom to remind first

Party-wise outstanding is sorted with the oldest bills first, and each party shows how fast it usually pays and a credit status (OK, New, Watch, Hold or Recover) with the reason, worked out from its own past bills.
