Can I see my SoftTrade data on my mobile?

Yes. OpenBahi syncs your SoftTrade books every hour during the day and shows outstanding, ledgers, invoices, dalals and sales on any phone browser.

Will OpenBahi change anything in SoftTrade?

No. OpenBahi copies the required files into a temporary folder and reads that copy. It never writes into your live SoftTrade books.

Does the computer need to stay on?

The computer needs to be on for a sync to run. If it misses a scheduled time, Windows starts the sync when the computer is available again.

OpenBahi puts your SoftTrade books on your phone. See who owes you, which dalal has money pending, today's bills and this year's sales, while the office keeps working in SoftTrade as before.

What you see on your phone

Outstanding. Every customer's dues, oldest bills first, with the days since the last payment.
Dalals. Business each broker brought in, the money pending under him and how his parties pay. Send a dalal his party-wise outstanding on WhatsApp.
Ledger and statement. Any party's ledger and statement of open bills, ready to share as a PDF.
Invoices. Each bill as a PDF, with the e-invoice IRN and signed QR when available, and the bilty details.
Day Book. Today's invoices and receipts.
Sales and clients. This year against last year, who is buying and who has gone quiet.
Suppliers. Purchase bills and what you owe each supplier.

Read from your own history

From each party's own past bills, OpenBahi works out how fast they really pay (fast, normal, slow or very slow), gives every party a credit status (OK, New, Watch, Hold or Recover) with the reason, and gives every dalal a status too. It also shows how much your open bills should bring in over the coming weeks. These are statistical and logic models built on your books. The decision stays yours.

How the SoftTrade connection works

A small Windows app on the SoftTrade PC copies the required files into a temporary folder and reads that copy. It never writes into your live books.
During the day it sends only new or changed data, every hour from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Setup takes a one-time code from your OpenBahi profile. No database password or support call is needed.
